Here’s your chance to lace up your shoes and train for the MS Challenge Walk!
These training walks are scheduled to be 10+ miles in length. At each of these walks there will be Chapter staff and volunteers present to support your walk. These walks are also a great time to receive more information about the MS Challenge Walk and get personalized advice/training tips from fitness authorities.
Each training walk has an open start time. Walk the entire training route (or as much as you wish to do); enjoy a bite to eat after the walk; and receive some great training and health-related information. Below is a list of walking trails as you train for the Cape Cod MS Challenge Walk. If you have a favorite walking area that you would like to add to this list, please email email@example.com with your suggestion. We are always looking to add to this list.
